CNC cutting ensures precise finishing for tanker legs and dished ends, while shot blasting effectively removes rust and contaminants, creating a smooth surface. A controlled paint booth environment guarantees flawless paint application. Using artificial chassis eliminates the risk of damaging components like sensors and computer systems during the process, especially in BS 6 Stage II setups.

CNC Cutting

CNC Cutting offers a number of advantages over other cutting methods such as Tankers Legs, Dished end by this we can get accurate finish work.

Shot Blasting

Shot Blasting is a process that removes rust, paint, scale and other contaminants from the surface, creating a clean and uniform finish.

Artificial Chassis

By artificial Chassis we get our work without chassis so that there is no chance of burning of components such as sensors, actuators and computer system in BS 6 Stage II

Paint Booth

Paint booth provides a controlled environment for Painting which helps to ensure that the finish is smooth and free of defects
